Real Estate Lead Capturing

Do you want to make your motivated lead capturing more efficient and run without your presence? I’m all for it and for the past several months I’ve been looking for a way to do it. There are a lot of choices in the current market. Everything from $3,000 whiz bang solutions to $49 do-it-yourself solutions. I’m kind of looking for something in between.
The most important thing for me is having a site that I can drive traffic to immediately using Google or Yahoo. This will allow me to control both the amount of leads I receive and the money I’m spending. I believe the other key is having a site with convincing copy so that when potential customers get there they know that I am a a real businessman. I tried to create my own site once and I just don’t have the skills to make it look polished. Once I have a professional looking site I need it to be dumbed-down enough that I can manage it. Meaning that I want to be able to change the copy without having to rely on a high-tech geek. The last issue is that I must have a way to deliver ongoing content to the motivated seller leads received. I know that I could use a 3rd party autoresponder but I really want to keep this information to myself.
I’m happy to say that I found a series of investor websites that I was looking for. They won’t take a huge chunk out of my checking account either! It has the 3 things I was looking for:
1. Excellent look
2. I can maintain all the copy myself
3. It has a built-in autoresponder
EZWebSolutions sells this series of investor websites that has a solution for buying properties, selling properties and seeking private lenders. Doesn’t that cover all the bases? Well, it might be nice if there was a site that allowed me to sell properties to other investors but for now this has gotten me going quickly. The normal price for each of their sites is $197 but I’ve found that they are making them available right now where each site is just $97 and you can get discounts on multiple sites.
As luck would have it I seemed to have found them at just the right time too! They just added this motivated seller magnet that allows you to put up a squeeze page with the click of a button. I’m serious! You can turn it on or turn it off with one click. It uses the new Thickbox technology and I can’t get over how many more leads I’m getting.
Take this bit of information for what it’s worth. It’s priceless for my business as I’m able to find much juicier deals these days.
