The trading mindset challenge is how to face up to the challenge of making it among th 10% who make it big in trading.
One way is to understand leadership principles and see how you are applying them to your own trading business.First, you must know why you are in the trading business, what attracted you to it, what were your motivations and will you be seriously focusing your undivided attention to making it succeed?
Many say that it is money, excitement, challenge, power and a lot of other things. Imagine you got all of the things you wanted to get out of your trading business: Setting your own trading mindset will help you get along the way, especially when your attitude comes into the picture.
What is your degree of discipline, how you tend to react to certain conditions and circumstances, who focused are you towards reaching your goals, do you give up easily, etc.? Managing your energy, time and effort is one sure way to establish a habit and creating a discipline that you hope to use in shaping the path of your trading venture.
One good principle to follow is the 80/20 rule, where 20% of your efforts get 80% of your desired results. You can focus your energy on the efforts that get you the results, or let yourself get distracted. If you allow yourself to get distracted, you are very busy, however you do not produce the result that you want in the time frame that you want. Perception is also another useful tool in establishing the right attitude for your trading mindset.
If you want to know how to automate your trading decisions I suggest you have a look at the day trading robot that was just released. It makes day trading as easy as watching TV.

Today there are many diets out there to choose from, and if you want to lose weight, it can be a bit difficult to figure out which diet is for you. However, one of the top diet choices out there today is Atkins diet. Of course before you start any diet you probably want to know a bit more about it and how it works. So, let’s take a look at how the Atkins Diet got started, how it works, who it works best for, and more so you can make the right choice.
Overview of the Atkins Diet
The Atkins Diet is a popular diet that was developed by Dr. Atkins. The entire diet is based on the theory of this doctor is that the main problem for people who are overweight is that they eat too many carbohydrates and their body is extra sensitive to them. His idea is that the body and how it processes the carbs you take in each day is what makes you gain more weight. Basically Dr. Atkins feels that many people eat too many carbohydrates, which leads to insulin resistance. In order to remedy this problem, the diet is one that restricts the intake of carbs and focuses on eating a diet that is high in protein. You end up reducing the amount of carbs that you eat each day to make your body start burning off the fat on the body as its fuel.
People the Diet Works Best For
While this diet has been shown to be effective for many people, it seems to work the best for people who really do have an insulin resistance build up in their body. Also, people who are hypoglycemic can really benefit from this diet as well if they are trying to lose weight.
Pros and Cons
You will find that just like any other diet, there are definitely both pros and cons with Atkins diet. Let’s take a look at a few of the pros and cons you’ll find if you try this diet.
- Pro #1 - It’s a Simple Diet - One of the main pros that so many people love is that it is a very simple diet to follow. Once you learn what foods you are supposed to be eating, those you should avoid, and learn to count carbs, it really is a diet that is easy to follow.
- Pro #2 - Finding Your Own Level of Carbs - Another great pro is that the diet does focus on finding the level of carbs that works best for you. Some people may be able to eat a bit more than others, but the focus is to figure out what works for you.
- Pro #3 - A Popular Diet - The Atkins Diet is a popular diet as well. This is a pro because it means that you can easily find information on the diet and support as you are trying to follow it as well.
- Con #1 - You Miss Out on Cancer Fighting Fruits and Vegetables - One of the main cons of this diet is that because of the big restriction on carbs, you actually miss out on some of the most important cancer fighting fruits and vegetables that you need. Add to this that you’re eating more red meat, which too much of can cause cancer, and you may create a dangerous situation.
- Con #2 - You Always Have to Count Carbs - Many people don’t like the fact that they are always having to keep track of the carbs they eat. This means that every single thing that goes in their mouth must be counted, which can get old after awhile.
- Con #3 - Miss Out on Necessary Nutrients - Probably one of big cons to this diet is the fact that you miss out on many necessary nutrients that your body needs, since you cannot eat many foods. While some minerals and vitamins can be taken in a supplement, some of the important phytonutrients that you need cannot be replaced by taking a supplement.
Foods You Can and Can’t Eat
There are several different phases of the Atkins diet and each phase affects the food that you can and cannot eat as well. When you are going through the first two weeks of the Atkins plan, you are only allowed to have 20 grams of carbs each day, and the carbs that you can eat include vegetables that are low in carbohydrates, such as tomatoes, lettuce, and broccoli. During this time you can’t even eat fruits, potatoes, breads, or yogurt, since they have too many carbs. You can’t take in caffeine or alcohol during this time either.
As you go into the second stage of this diet you are allowed to go up to 25 grams of carbs each day. After you get to the weight you want to be, then you can slowly introduce some good carbs into your diet once again, but you have to make sure that you don’t gain back the weight that you have lost. Some of the things that you can add to your diet include plenty of proteins, such as various meats, like red meat, bacon, and you can even add eggs.
The Opinion of the Medical Community
So, you may be wondering what the opinion of the medical community happens to be. Well, the medical community often criticizes Atkins diet, feeling that there are many dangers to going on a diet that is so low on carbs and so high on protein. Since you cannot eat many fruits and vegetables, doctors fear that people don’t get the nutrients that their body really needs to be healthy. Also, all the fat that is taken in on this diet can be very dangerous. The American Heart Association definitely is concerned with the diet because of the high fat, and the American Dietetic Association is also concerned about it because of the lack of nutrition the diet offers.
Disclaimer: Always consult your doctor before starting any diet program.

Buying in a Property in a Volatile Market is a tricky proposition. Sellers are keen to get the highest prices and buyers the opposite. Everyone can see that Houses are depreciating but no one knows where the bottom of the market will be.
To a certain extent this will depend on the level of inflation created by the government’s propping up of the banking system. No one knows the true extent of the banking losses that will be incurred when the commercial property market collapses in 2009 as it is certain to do and exactky what the government repsonse will be. If any.
For those with Houses for sale, one option is to use a free listing site to sell your property without incurring charges. This allows one to reduce the price by not paying an agents commision. This can amount to a substantial reduction. There are already many FSBO sites.
If you are interested in buying luxury property, other options also present them selves. Many luxury only sites now exist. True luxury is hard to define, but if one wanted an Omega Seamaster Watch for example, this might be considered true luxury. Not everyone would agree, but this is true of everything and one man’s luxury is another’s necessity.
In the meantime, luxury goods purveyors are suffering from the global downturn with the rest of us and will have to wait and see how far the crash takes us and how indebted the governments are prepared to make us all.

Many people love the freedom of riding a motorcycle as well as the economical value it offers, especially now with fuel costs at an all time high. However, some people just are not comfortable operating a motorcycle. A great alternative is to choose an electric scooter.
Being easy to operate is one thing, but they are also very economical as well. This is a great solution for trips around town. Many parents compromise regarding buying a scooter for their teens instead of a motorcycle.
Scooters also cost less than a motorcycle. Safety is still a very important consideration when using your electric scooter. Wearing your helmet and a long sleeved shirt and full length pants will prevent road rash. In many states you have to obtain a motorcycle license to legally operate one on the street. Minors have to be at least the legal driving age, according to their state’s rules. Electric scooters are very environmentally friendly and use a technology similar to the one you find in an electric bike.
Although they are definitely a lot easier to learn to ride, scooters will not offer you the same power or speed of a motorcycle. A popular altenative can also be a gas scooter. The price of the electric scooter you buy is dependent of the type you choose, the price ranges from $200 to $1,000. The costs are very affordable, so take your time choosing just the right one for you. Through a plethora of different manufacturers, there are many colors and styles to choose from. When given a choice, women prefer riding a scooter rather than a motorcycle because of the weight difference. Scooters have become very popular whereever fuel costs are high and the weather is nice most of the year.
Consumers are looking for an economical means of transportation and they have found in with electric scooters. It is easy to find more information about them at motorcycle and electric stores or you can find out more from the comfort of your own home via the internet.

When doing business, it is a good idea to do a credit check of the person you are signing a contract with. In former days appraisals of creditworthiness were expensive and not easy to find. But nowadays appraisals of creditworthiness can be bought quickly and easily online. There are some very good vendors of appraisals of creditworthiness. The following website gives more information on a company offering online credit checks on the German market: Bonitaetspruefungen in Heilbronn.
There are some big advantages of ordering a credit assessment before doing business with a specific person or company:
Online appraisals of creditworthiness are delivered to the customer very quickly. So they can be ordered right before the contract is ready to be signed. There are online credit check agencies who offer their services at cheap rates and without registration fee or minimum quantities to be bought. This is very good for customers who need the service only sporadically. Lessors can face big problems when giving apartments or houses to tenants who are unwilling or unable to pay the rent. So a online credit assessment can be a big help to avoid future problems.
It is also useful for companies to check the solvency of their existing customers on a regular basis. Markets and businesses change over time, and customers might turn from winners to losers. When expensive goods or services are delivered without deposits, there is a great risk to lose money if the customers financial situation has changed. This risk can be reduced with high quality online credit assessments. Before doing business with a credit assessment company, read more about my favorite one: Bonitaetsauskuenfte von Kunden. Especially when investing a lot of work and money into fulfilling a clients needs, it is vital to minimize the risk of lost payment. Every overdue invoice can develop into a big burden for the company.

Because the basis of martial arts is a type of fighting or self defense, the use of sparring while training only makes sense. Martial arts have been described as a system or method that relates to war or combat. Almost every martial art is considered to belong to a group of traditional studies of ancient oriental fighting systems that employ a variety of skills involving the body and/or weapons in an attempt to protect oneself or overcome an opponent. The most widespread and common martial arts include: Karate (which has many different styles), Tae kwondo, Jiu Jitsu and Judo. Tae kwondo and Judo are both Olympic sports.
There are not too many styles of martial arts that do not include sparring as part of training. This is due to several reasons, including the ability to take what one has learned and use it in a life-like situation. It would be a disservice to the student if they were not able to use and test their knowledge and skills in a safe and monitored sparring event at their school. Many disciplines actually require sparring as part of the test for a belt. Sparring also allows the student to train for competitions and sporting events. One would be foolish to attend any type of competition without having first done a substantial amount of training including sparring at their school. However, there are some martial arts that are based more on total health rather than Self Defense or Sport. Tai Chi would be one such art. But even Tai Chi, uses its own form of sparring known as “Push Hands.”
The emergence of Mixed Martial Arts, particularly the UFC (which began in the 90’s) sparring has become a critical part of any mma training regimen. Because training via sparring increases the potential for injury, it is very important to wear proper protection and only spar under the watchful eye of an instructor or trainer. You must ensure that you have the correct fir for your sparring equipment and that the equipment that you are wearing high quality and reliable. This is especially important with children and newer students who might not have as much control with their strikes as an instructor or a higher level belt. Failure to wear proper protection can cause severe injuries and may even lead to death in some instances.
When choosing your sparring equipment, safety and comfort should be the two things that you are looking for. If your sparring gear fits and looks great, but does not protect you, then it was a waste of money.
Most instructors can recommend a good quality gear for you to use. For the most part, they will want you as safe as possible while training at their schools. They will also have some insight into what style of gloves, foot protection, etc. is best for sparring in their martial art. The only thing to watch out for, is that some schools will charge an exhorbitant amount of money for sparring gear. On one hand, it is nice to support your school, but on the other hand, if you are shelling out a hundred or hundreds of dollars a month to learn, you may not have an extra couple hundred to buy the schools gear. Thankfully, there are options online for quality and affordable sparring equipment.
It doesn’t matter which martial art you are participating in. Sparring lessons are an exciting and challenging way for you to sharpen your techniques and have fun while training. The one thing to remember is that using the correct equipment is a critical key to enjoying martial arts sparring.

Iphone applications can make you big money! Did you know that a 9 Year old Whiz Kid can program an iphone application and get thousands of downloads in just a few weeks? In fact, this young man had 4000 downloads in a very short time, and it’s not his only application. Just think - what if he earned $1.50 for each download? Yes, $6,000 and counting. Another iphone application whiz - Ethan Nicholas - made over $35,000 in a single day from his iphone application! His success is definitely worth emulating.
But before you say “I couldn’t do that, I don’t know programming” - please hold on! Don’t count yourself out of the iphone marketing game just yet. Here’s a little known secret - you don’t have to know a thing about programing to make money with iphone applications! Like every other work at home business opportunity, you can outsource much of this business model, including the actual programming of an iphone application. If you have the idea and spot the need, there are trustworthy contractors who can do the actualy programming for you.
Entrepreneurs in the iphone applicaton business get paid not because they know how to program, per se, but because they know how to spot a need (or want) and fill it for their customers. The same holds true when it comes to making money with iphone applications. Spotting the need and coming up with the initial idea are as important as the programming. Once programmed and accepted by iTunes, a little publicity can send downloads through the roof. You could create a windfall of cash or an ongoing stream of revenue if you learn the ropes of creating and marketing iphone applications. Undoubtedly there are pitfalls and deadends in this business as with any other. But for the foreseeable future, there is a great opportunity to prosper while creating iphone applications for those who see the potential and invest themselves in serving iphone customers.

Debt consolidation loans for people with bad credit may well be, the knight in shining armour for those people that have been hit with bad credit history. Sometimes those who do not go down the route of debt consolidation loans for people with bad credit often end up in a far worse position due to their worsening credit position and financial situation.
The general purpose of these loans is that it replaces all compiled debt, whether it be credit card debt, faltering hire purchase agreements, personal loans, it doesn’t really matter but by combining them all into a much more manageable debt consolidation loan it instantly becomes a lot simpler to take a hold of those spiralling mountains of debt.
The reason these loans are so advantageous to people with a poorcredit history is merely that they are really planned to deal with the problem of uncontrollable debt and as such are seen by numerous financial institutions as the ideal way for individuals with a bad credit history.
Needless to state, that today, debt consolidation loans for individuals with a poor credit history are commonplace
As it is regarded by lenders as a beneficial move on the behalf of the borrower rather than a negative. Also these companies do have higher interest so possibly the direction to go is using a non profit consolidation loan.Another means is by utilising the service at 800 credit card debt .Merely the important point is once that you find out your debt is starting to rise you must do something to stop it or it will spiral upwards.

A dog is a man’s best friend and I am sure all dog owners will agree wholeheartedly with me and the welcome wag of its tail and the friendly lick can make you smile even after a hard stressful day at work. In all probability one of the most restful things a person can do is walking with their dog; perhaps throwing a stick for them to fetch but they are just as happy sitting at your feet after a long day. They are a loved and valued member of the immediate family, one that doesn’t get annoyed because they have lost their favorite shoes or that they haven’t had that bath you promised.

So, how do you show your love for this greatest of immediate family pets; well, by arranging dog insurance for their health so they can remain your companion for numerous years to come. Various pet insurance policies exist and how complete they are will depend on the provider as some will incorporate routine visits to the veterinary to check you dogs health in addition to positions like accidents or even illness can also be covered. Even the healthiest of dogs can become sick and knowing you have an dog insurance policy that will pay for medical attention means that the cost is never a concern.
Advances in medical science even for pets has advanced so that many situations that only a few short years ago could not be treated, are now routine but they come at a high price. These medical advancements have lead to treatments until now reserved for humans like organ transplants and replacements for old or damaged hips. If you love your dog and want them around for as long as possible, this is the way to guarantee it will happen. Finding the correct plan that will suit everything you need could be as simple as asking a friend who has dog insurance to the veterinary who will know all the companies and might be able to suggest a good one to approach.
